Aqueous Cleaning Systems

Cleaning with high-pressure water in a controlled and enclosed environment is now available with the Pressure Island^® line of closed-loop cleaning systems. All units are self-contained with built-in pressure washers (to 2500 psi) and state-of-the-art multiple filtration systems to separate and contain washwater contaminants (such as oils, dirt, grease) which, in turn, leads to zero discharge to sewer. Let us repeat that... zero discharge to sewer! Standard platforms range from 6'x6' to 18'x40', and models are available that can be used with existing pressure washers and steam cleaners. Models are also available that can support oversized items, such as heavy apparatus, trucks, tractors, construction equipment, etc. Additionally, dual-function models are available that clean, apply chemically compatible coatings (such as phosphate), and rinse, all in the same unit.
