Modular Automated Blast Systems

Semi- and fully-automated systems can be built to your specific requirements. Systems can be configured with multiple nozzles, rotary nozzle fixtures, 2-axis oscillators, automatic and rotary indexing turntables, pick-and-place robotic arms, abrasive media classification, conveyorized pass-through systems, batch or unit processing, or most any other machine element to meet the specifics of your application. All systems, naturally, feature full abrasive media reclamation, and can also be configured with on-board self-diagnostic and control systems. Systems that we have engineered and installed are used to process parts ranging from hypodermic needles to jet engine turbine blades.
