Microblasting Machines

Microblasting is abrasive blasting on a micron level. These machines are specially designed to handle conventional abrasives in sizes from 25 to 250 microns, and with nozzles that range in size from .015" to .080". Microblasting is ideal for treating very small parts, or for small details on larger parts. Machines are available in both manual and automatic versions.

Dawson-Macdonald Co., your source for over 75 years for all your abrasive blasting product needs, now has available a new line of high quality Micro-Abrasives.

MicroAbrasives... high quality, highly refined, "powdered" abrasive media for use in Microblasting machines from such names as Comco, Vaniman, and S.S. White, among others.

Our MicroAbrasives are certified for purity and consistency. They are packaged in convenient, resealable, plastic bottles, which are easy to store and handle.

Our MicroAbrasives come in the most common types, sizes and hardnesses for the majority of applications.
