- Yes, you need not have purchased your equipment from us. We can service most equipment and our Service Department is factory-trained and certified on most popular and not-so-popular equipment lines.

- Yes, our sales counter and service center are open Monday thru Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
- Can Dawson-Macdonald Co. arrange for delivery?
- We ship via UPS, FEDEX, and common carrier. If you have a preferred carrier, let us know and our Shipping Department will be happy to contact them when your order is ready.
